Refund policy

We want you to feel confident ordering LUM. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Change of mind (unopened): Unopened, unused kits in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Contact info@completelifestore.com.au first — don’t send anything back until we reply with a return authorisation.

Opened kits: For hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns of opened whitening strips, except where Australian Consumer Law requires a remedy (faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose).

Sale items: Unopened sale items follow the same change-of-mind rules as above.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
