Shipping policy
Where we ship: Australia only (no international, no PO boxes).
Free shipping: Free standard AU shipping on orders of $69 AUD and over.
Orders under $69: Flat rate $8.95 AUD (metro). Remote areas may incur an extra fee — we’ll email before dispatch if that applies.
Dispatch: Orders placed before 1:00pm AEST / AEDT on a business day are usually dispatched the same or next business day from our Melbourne fulfilment partner.
Delivery estimates after dispatch (Australia Post / equivalent):
- VIC: about 2–6 business days
- NSW, SA, ACT, QLD: about 3–8 business days
- WA, NT, TAS: about 5–12 business days
